I have over 30 years as a psychic medium and 20 years in energy healing. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, certified QHHT hypnotherapist, Angelic Reiki Master, Kundalini Master, and ordained spiritual minister.

But my greatest teacher has been my own life.

I survived what should have broken me 

 and instead it built me into the healer I am today. Every certification, every session, every breakthrough I have witnessed in my clients began first in my own healing journey.

I bring all of me to this work. The training and the lived truth.

Hi, I'm Sunflower, formerly known as Michelle La Vergne,  I want you to know something before anything else: I started in the dirt too.

I grew up surrounded by toxicity and survived sexual abuse that shaped everything I thought I was. There were moments I didn't want to be here anymore. Being alone terrified me. I used to refuse flowers as gifts because they would die just like I always felt inside my own body.

But here is what I know now: my name, Michelle, means she who is like God. I was never broken. I was becoming.

Like a sunflower, I waited in the dark soil. And when the warmth finally came; through healing, through truth, through choosing myself, I turned toward the light and I bloomed.

I created Creative Healings because I know what it feels like to survive instead of live. I know what it feels like to shrink yourself to fit into someone else's world. I know what it feels like to be so far in the darkness that you forget the sun exists.

And I know what it feels like to rise.

Whether you are a woman who has spent years making herself smaller, or a man who was never taught that healing is strength — I am here to tell you that you were built to bloom. You just need the right conditions.

This work isn't just what I do. It is who I am.
